What is included in the delivery costs?

All inclusive packaging.

For orders from the Channel Islands fees for customs clearance are charged in accordance with the Channel Islands regulations.

When am I charged freight costs?

Freight costs arise when sending large items.

We base our freight costs on our courier charges however all surcharges are excluded from the calculation. Ensuring that you pay the fairest cost possible.

Freight costs are displayed when your item is in the shopping basket.

How do I pay for the goods I order?

Customers not known to us should, in principle, pay for their delivery in advance.

We only offer payment by invoice or credit card to clubs and institutions already registered with us. Payment on this occasion is expected on receipt of goods.
