It is a compelling training device as it allows for both push as well as pull exercises to be carried out, therefore strengthening the opposing muscle groups at the same time. Using a handwheel, the training intensity can set to one of 6 levels to suit your fitness level. The platform comes with rubber pads for extra grip. And the base has been fitted with non-slip rubber feet for extra stability.
