The Sport-Thieme standing "OV" abductor/adductor machine is equipped with a height-adjustable pad, which can be ideally aligned to suit the user’s body size. The machine features handles that provide increased stability when performing the exercises. The 100-kg weight stack can be adjusted in 5-kg increments via the selector pin. Thanks to rubber feet, the abductor and adductor machine is particularly stable.
