It can be used for exercises that are comparable to lifting light weights or cycling with low resistance. The plastic seat is particularly impact-resistant and break-proof. The special damping system with rubber springs in the joints ensures smooth movements. The system’s main advantage is that the damping effect increases steadily from the zero position with a stop at 30° to each side. The rubber springs work silently and are maintenance-free.
