The OnTop therapeutic foothold is ideal for therapeutic climbing. Made of high-quality polyurethane (PU), this feature foothold is extremely durable and much lighter than conventional footholds – no need for additional breakage protection. It is attached using hexagon socket screws and the 2 holes provided.

The therapeutic foothold was developed in collaboration with therapists and takes into account the special requirements of exercising and training methods applied in physiotherapy and occupational therapy. The feature is extra-large to make it a safe edge and foothold. Its depth and texture allow patients to safely stand on it both barefoot and when wearing trainers or other footwear. At 31.4 cm, the foothold is extra-wide to ensure that patients won’t twist their ankles. Its smooth surface allows the foot to turn without exposing the knee to any significant torsional forces.
