The RollerBone "1.0 Pro" balance board set consists of a board, a roller and a soft pad, offering plenty of exercise options for indoor and outdoor training. Both the roller and the pad can be placed under the board. The pad can be inflated by mouth or using a pump, allowing the level of hardness to be adjusted to suit you. The material is very thin, yet very durable. The more inflated the soft pad is, the trickier the exercises will be. The pad’s nubbed side is placed under the board for increased grip. The robust pinewood board features non-slip strips on the top surface. The stoppers underneath at either end prevent the board from slipping off the roller.
