The large loops make it easy to step into the bands. The idea is for 2 players to use 2 bands to connect their feet. Both can then gradually increase the distance between their legs with each jump, while a third person jumps between the bands. By adding music with different beats and tempos you can increase the challenge, making the game even more fun. The jumps and sequences can be varied almost endlessly.
