Just like its little brother, the Togu "Balanza Ballstep XXL" consists of a sturdy beechwood board mounted on 5 extremely robust, air-filled balls. This special design gives the training aid a dynamic wobble. The body instinctively tries to counteract the wobble by using the stabilising muscles to move the joints in the opposite direction.
