The "Mini" exercise steps – effective training to recover mobility
Practise climbing stairs safely and effectively with the "Mini" exercise steps. Made from a sturdy steel frame with 4 training levels and a platform at the top of the stairs. The training height (step height) measures 13 cm, which patients can conquer comfortably. The surface of the steps contains a non-slip rubber coating, which guarantees a secure step. The 4 levels are 60x30 cm (LxW) in size and are ideal for stepping onto. The handrails are height-adjustable from 70-97 cm to suit the height of the patient perfectly. The highest level is formed of a 60x60-cm square platform that the patient can easily turn around on to then descend the stairs again. A grab rail at the end of the steps gives the patient something to hold onto and prevents them from falling down when they reach the platform. Its width of 60 cm means that people of all sizes can practise using the steps.
