The "Handmaster" hand trainer is easy to use and incredibly effective. In contrast to many other hand trainers, with the "Handmaster" you can train extensor muscles which open your hand as well as the flexor muscles responsible for gripping. Simply put your fingers and thumb through the corresponding loops. Spread your fingers within your natural range of movement and then squeeze the ball in the middle. Make sure to do this in a smooth motion sequence. The rubber cords can be removed from the ball for separate exercises.
