Therapie Knete Seit Jahren habe ich teilweise sehr schmerhafte Daumensattelarthrose in beiden Händen. Ich bin 74 Jahre alt und möchte weiterhin noch möglichst beweglich bleiben.Die Therapieknete in ihren diversen Festigkeiten ist für die Hände und Finger sehr viel angenehmer zu benutzen als ein Ball (wozu bsher geraten wurde). Je nach Tagesform kann ich mich für die weichere oder etwas festere Form entscheiden > so über- oder unterfordere ich mich nicht.. Ich kann die Therapieknete wärmstens weiterempfehlen !
