The Reivo "Long" band provides a wide range of exercise possibilities. With this small training band, you can develop strength, speed and endurance. Thanks to the high-quality workmanship and no metal or hard plastic parts, this band is great for providing worry-free training for children and teens. The practical quick-release fasteners at both ends allows the Reivo "Long" band to be attached to more bands which creates even longer lines.

Possible exercises for the Reivo "Long" band:
This is a very versatile band and is a great training aid in P.E. or swimming lessons: it can be used as a high-jump crossbar to improve jump strength or as a resistance trainer in swimming. The band is also very popular for goal shot training in football.

Allrounder im Trainingsbereich hier Leichtathletik Das REIVO-Langband ist vielseitig einsetzbar. In unserem Leichtahletikbereich leistet es im Bereich Zuwiderstandsläufe, Technikabläufe (z.B. Speer, Ball) mit Zugbelastungen, allgemeine Fitnessübungen, "freundliche Latte" beim Hochsprung, gute Dienste.
