Krafttraining für das Wasser die größte Größe ist wirklich nur etwas für erfahrene und trainierte Schwimmer. Die haben schon ganz schön zu kämpfen. Die mittlere Größe ist für die Masse prima geeignet.

Kann man nutzen Grundsätzlich ist die Idee toll. Was weniger toll ist, ist das ewige mit den Füßen und/oder Flossen (ich benutze ständig Flossen) Verhaken in der Leine. Ansonsten unbedingt empfehlenswert!
