The Sport-Thieme aqua jogging dumbbells: light dumbbells for aqua fitness
The handles of the Sport-Thieme aqua jogging dumbbells are fixed to the weight discs. The handles are made from plastic, the handle cover and the weight discs are made from skin-friendly foam. Training with aqua dumbbells is different to conventional dumbbell training that makes use of the weight of the discs. Aqua dumbbells use the water resistance and the high buoyancy of the dumbbells when they are moved through and pushed underwater. The aqua dumbbells can be used separately or together with aqua jogging belts and enable effective training of the upper body at the same time. Shoulder girdle, upper arm and back muscles are particularly strengthened. The buoyancy of the body puts less strain on the spine and joints.
