Henrys spinning plate: great effects while juggling
Henrys spinning plate includes a plate stick that can be disassembled into two parts, and instructions. The underside of the spinning plate features two guide rings. Beginners are best to start their tricks using in the inner ring as it is easier. Advanced jugglers can also venture to the outer ring, where handling the twist presents more of a challenge. Geometric patterns are embossed on the side of the plate to help you estimate the turning speed.

The Henrys spinning plate – getting started
Hold the stick’s thicker end in your hand, pointing the tip straight up in the air. Now, using your other hand, place the plate onto the stick with the tip either in the inner or outer groove (inner groove = easier, outer groove = trickier). Start to spin the plate by flicking your wrist so that the tip of the stick draws a circle. The plate will slowly lift until it is level. Once the plate is horizontal, stop rotating the stick and let the tip slide into the centre of the plate. The plate will now continue to spin without your intervention.
