The Sport-Thieme AirIncline made of durable vinyl is an innovation in gymnastics training. The wedge-shaped air-filled mat provides the optimal support during exercises and impresses thanks to its wide range of uses: As a take-off mat, the AirIncline allows for higher jumps. It is a must-have for learning rolls and makes practising them as well as transitions into handstands a lot easier. The incline gives gymnasts more momentum and more time after a higher angled take off (e.g. handstand somersaults). What’s more, this air-filled mat is ideal for combining with gymnastics mats to create a landing surface for when exercising on the bars, for example.

This mat is particularly soft and forgiving of mistakes. The AirIncline impresses thanks to its quick setup – just 3 minutes is all it takes to fully inflate the mat. Once inflated, it does not need to stay connected to a pump during training, making it particularly quiet to use. The pressure and thickness of the mat can be adapted to suit the intended use (by filling or removing air).
