Attaching it to 2 ceiling anchors allows you to perform considerably more exercises. The version without ceiling anchors can be hung in an individual way. For example, you could use existing ceiling anchors or poles which can bear the load. The hammock can be washed at 30°C, making it very hygienic. Height adjustable using the straps.
