The resistance provided by the nitrogen-filled cylinders is completely uniform and allows for an extremely wide range of exercise options: butterflies, bench presses, lat-pull training, leg curls, leg extensions, leg presses and cable pulley exercises – this multigym caters to over 100 exercises. The resistance can easily be adjusted without even needing to get up.
