Using the hand trainers with their different densities, you can build up your grip strength step by step. The different colours differentiate between the densities. The balls can also be used in warm or cold therapy as they can be placed in the microwave, or in the freezer for about 30 minutes without causing any change to the level of resistance. To maintain the ball's malleability, simply rub baby powder or talc into them regularly.
