Directions of assembly for the pull-up bars
The minimum height should be the distance between the knee to the tips of your fingers with arms outstretched above the head, allowing pull-ups with legs at an angle. For pull-ups with legs outstretched, the distance from the soles of the feet to the tips of the fingers should be used to measure. The distance between the two brackets should be shoulder width + 10 cm.
