How do you skip correctly?
Step in front of the rope, hold the arms slightly bent beside the body and let the rope swing out from the wrists. Do not swing your arms; hold them still next to the body. Make sure that you lift your feet only slightly from the ground. Allow the rope to pass beneath the soles of your feet. Make very small steps with your feet. Alternately move the tip of each foot forwards. When skipping, always move the feet gently backwards and forwards. Always land on the ball of your foot while the other foot is still off the ground.
