This cold/warm compress is versatile and may be used on sprains, bruises and many other things.
Usage instructions for cold and warm compress:
Cool in the freezer for approx. 2 hours. The compress may then be applied to the affected area. In order to avoid excessive cold exposure, we recommend wrapping the compress in a thin cloth before use.
For warm use, lay the compress in hot water (max. 80°C) for approx. 5 minutes, after which it will be ready to use. We also recommend wrapping the warm compress in a thin cloth before use.
