Can I use this punch bag if the ceiling is quite high (2.55 metres) or can the chain be adjusted?
The chain cannot be adjusted in length. If you work on the ceiling hanger you can set the punch bag at its maximum height of approx. 210cm. This means that the punch bag is hanging approx. 110cm above the ground. This height would be suitable for training youths and adults.
Is this punch bag also suitable for kicking or would the Nylon punch bags are not really suitable for kicking as the material might rip?
We would recommend high quality vinyl punch bags for your needs.

Is there a single size for the boxing gloves or do they come in different sizes?
If so are there other sizing instructions? The boxing gloves are one size so there is no sizing needed. "Oz" does not describe the size but the punch strength. The gloves in this set are 10oz.
What material is the punch bag filled with?
The punch bag is filled with old fabric.
Are chains and hanging mechanisms included in this boxing set?
The hanging chain is supplied, however the choice of hanging method (wall or ceiling) must be decided by you and separately ordered.
Can I refill the "Chicago" boxing set?
Yes, there is a zip at the top of the bag for refilling.
