The TRX Suspension Training Pro Pack P2 contains the new TRX P2 Suspension Trainer, a 65 minute training DVD and a clear workout guide.
The further developed models have a unique product design and thanks to an additional two carabiner snap hooks allowing for quick attaching to and removal from the door anchor. With one click the TRX can be easily and safely removed an innovation particularly for use in exercise studios.
Training can be simply and efficiently undertaken with only one movement thanks to an integrated balancing loop: There is a clearly presented 65 minute DVD included through the modified workout programme with brand new exercises and practical hints for optimal training results. There are also two bonus workouts included, dealing with stamina and metabolism. The packaging material is 100% recyclable.
TRX Suspension Training is a new type of sling training for a whole body workout, where the user’s own bodyweight is the resistance when using a non-elastic belt and rope system either in a standing or lying position. The level of training can be individually controlled and can be quickly and simply adjusted by changing the position of the body.
With the TRX Suspension Trainer strength, coordination and mobility are developed while improving the stability of the trunk. It is suitable for training for all types of sport and for youths as well as older leisure and even top level sports people. Sling training originally comes from the field of physiotherapy and has been used for a long time in the rehabilitation of patients in clinics, hospitals and chiropractic practises.
The most important training effects are muscle, concentration, stamina, coordination and balance training. When training with the TRX, every exercise must permanently maintain a basic tension for every exercise that strengthens the deep muscles and trunk muscles are automatically trained at the same time. This is not possible with standard equipment training. As the belt on the TRX is continually moving during training, the smaller muscles nearer the joints are also activated. This “instability” creates a much higher training stimulus.
